Arcade Driving school West Allis NIGHTMARE
My son is enrolled in Arcade right now. I cancelled an appointentment he could not attend, 5 days before the his appointment. I called and cancelled and the women there, gave me a new time. I thought all was well. The day after his original appointment I get a call wondering why he didnt show up. I told the lady I cancelled and was set up with a new appointment. She said she didnt have a record of that so that meant I had to pay a 55 dollar fee! I would have to pay that for being responsible and calling way ahead to cancel! I had to go in person to the office and they said the instructor made an extra appointment with my son, that it was not me that made the new appointment!! I couldnt beleive it. Later the instructor admitted he couldnt really remember or not if he did make the extra apointment ot not so they finally waived the fee. I didnt have to pay but I did have to pay with anxiety and stress!!!! DONT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
